2008 Triumph Scrambler 900 – Custom bike build

The House of Tuff has done it once again! We bring you this super unique Scrambler build that we just completed. With only 8’600km on the clock and all services, fluids and filters gone over it’s ready for whatever adventure you can dream up.

Bodywork has been painted in a deep British Racing green with multiple layers of clear.

Front fender was mounted higher to complete the scrambler look.

Stock tail section has been removed in favor of a much smaller and tidier setup.

Rear shocks in black replace the stock chrome units and are fully adjustable for preload and damping.

Headlight, tail light and signals have been customized and we’ve added a cool PIA LED ditch light to the right side.

We chose Shinko 804/805 Adventure tires for this build as they work equally well on the street and in the dirt.

Tires are well balanced and provide a smooth ride well above highway speeds.

We have two exhaust options for this bike, as pictured the bike is running the stock exhaust.

We also have a louder, free flowing system as well that can be tuned with a high performance CDI.

Carbs have been removed, cleaned and rebuilt. We’ve jetted it a little richer and the bike runs flawless with the high performance coils and wires.

We have most if not all the stock parts but also a large assortment of extra and performance parts to go along with the purchase.

Wiring on the entire bike was performed by us and everything is very neat and tidy.
